The American Robin is about 10 inches long, and has a brick-red breast, with gray wings, head and back. It is a migratory songbird of the true thrush genus and Turdidae, the wider thrush family.

The Cat Bird is a medium-sized, slender songbird with a long, rounded black tail and narrow straight bill. They are apart of the mimid family. It is the only member of the “catbird” genus Dumetella

The Blue Jay is between 9-12 inches in length. It is bright blue on top and white to gray on it’s throat, chest and belly. It is a passerine bird in the family Corvidae, native to eastern North America

Male cardinals are brilliant red all over, with a reddish bill and black face immediately around the bill. Females are pale brown overall with warm reddish tinges in the wings, tail, and crest. The northern cardinal is a bird in the genus Cardinalis.

A medium-sized songbird, a bit more slender than a thrush and with a longer tail. Mockingbirds have small heads, a long, thin bill with a hint of downward curve, and long legs. The mockingbird comprises a group of songbirds in the Mimidae family. Scientists recognize 17 different species of these birds across 3 different taxonomic genuses.
