The Importance of Maryland’s Small Towns

Maryland’s small towns are the lifeblood of the state’s economy, transportation networks, and production. The suburban networks have been necessary to the state’s success since the very foundation of the colony.  Each town in Maryland has a special history that still lives on today. I have lived in each town and seen the value of the history of each area.

Some historic towns also include:

  • Annapolis
  • Fredrick
  • Salisbury
  • Cumberland
