When you get to college level basketball it can be a shock to the system. In middle school and high school, you might have been the fastest, the strongest, and/or the smartest, but when you get to college, you will realize that you are surrounded by people who are just as fast, just as strong, and just as strong as you.

The reality will set in, but you cannot let it freeze you where are and hold you down.  Just like the game of basketball changes and adapts you must as well. You must push from being the most talented to the hardest worker amongst your peers and rivals.

Where you end your basketball career, starts and ends with your decisions and drive.
