Pele is often regarded as the best player to ever play soccer. Playing almost his entire career at Santos in Brazil, he ended his career for the Cosmos in the United States. Pele had the most goals scored by an individual up until recently and has won the world cup with Brazil. Unfortunately, Pele wasn’t able to compete for a Balon dor since non-Europeans were not allowed to win it until 1995.
