Starting his career at Sporting Club in his home country of Portugal, he was noticed by at the time European giants Manchester United, which are a club from England. He then transferred to Man U for a period of time before moving to Real Madrid in Spain. Coming towards the more recent end of his career he moved again to Juventus, another big club from Italy. Finally, this year he moved back to Manchester United. He has won the balon dor 5 times, which is the trophy given to the best player in a year. He recently surpassed Pele’s record of most goals by an individual. He has also won trophies in England, Portugal, Spain, and Italy with all of his clubs.
