Broccoli– Great source of Vitamin C & Potassium. Also contains Vitamin A. Serving Size: 1 medium stalk. Season: February-July
Carrots– Great source of Vitamins A &C, Fiber & Iron. Good for the skin. Serving Size: 1⁄2 cup cooked Season: April-July
