What is compost?
Compost is simply decayed organic material used as a plant fertilizer. The best thing about it is that it can be made at home. Depending on your diet we throw away a lot of scrapes and we don’t even know it. Such as banana and orange peels or egg shells. This can all be put into your homemade compost which can then benefit your home garden. It is very cost efficient and reduces the amount of time you’d have to buy fertilizer from the store!
Composting reduces our trash, address climate change, and build healthy soil!
