Pakistan is a Muslim country in South Asia. Back in the day, both India and Pakistan were under British rule as part of British India. But in 1947, they split into two separate nations based on religion: India with mostly Hindus, and Pakistan with mostly Muslims. This event is known as the partition of India.

I was born and raised in Punjab, Pakistan, and I moved to the United States with my family in 2018. I’ve been living here ever since. However, I had the opportunity to visit my family back in Pakistan during the summer of 2022. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m excited to share some insights and information about my homeland on this website.
