Everyone knows Batman and his villains, but his biggest arch-nemesis without a doubt is the Joker. The Joker has been portrayed many times in film but one of the best performances of the Joker is Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight. The actor himself has described the Joker as a “psychopathic, mass murdering, schizophrenic clown with zero empathy”. All these traits earn the Joker a spot in this hall of fame. The Joker is a unique character who always finds a way to torment Gotham City.
