What is the upper body?
The upper body consist of your arms, forearms, shoulders hands and chest. For most people, the upper body is used day in and day out in multiple activities. With these limbs you push, pull and press, move your arms in all directions, move your shoulders up and down, flex your arm, move your wrist and many more.
Why should I work out?
Working out is beneficial in many aspects. Not only can it help physically it can also help mentally. Physically you can manage weight, strengthen bones and muscles to name a few. Mentally, working out releases chemicals like endorphins and serotonin which helps improve the mood of the individual. Working out can help distract you from issue outside of the gym. Many people also experience better sleeping and eating habits when they work out. Working out can help reduce many health risks.
