San Siro

San Siro is the face of Italian soccer, being built int 1926, this stadium has been able to host numerous high-level matches including the opening matches of 1990 World Cup. San Siro is home of AC Milan, Inter Milan, and the Italian national team. San Siro has a huge spectator capacity of 85,700 after a third level was added to the stadium. The exterior of the stadium has the appearance of a spiral and is accented with large red beams on the roof. This stadium is rooted in Italian culture and due to this was saved from demolition earlier this year. The idea of a newer and more modern stadium was proposed but the legacy of San Siro rallied loyal fans and teams and prevented this destruction.
