Ingredients Needed:
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions for baking:
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Grease the muffin tins.
- Peel the bananas and put them in a big bowl with the melted butter; smash it up with a fork.
- Keep blending until the mixture is creamy and smooth, with no chunks.
- Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Stir in the salt and baking soda.
- Add the flour and chocolate chips and mix until combined.
- Try not to over-mix!
- Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tins.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. Toothpick should pull out clean.
