Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

 

Ingredients Needed:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

 

Instructions for baking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Grease the muffin tins.
  3. Peel the bananas and put them in a big bowl with the melted butter; smash it up with a fork.
  4. Keep blending until the mixture is creamy and smooth, with no chunks.
  5. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla and mix until combined.
  6. Stir in the salt and baking soda.
  7. Add the flour and chocolate chips and mix until combined.
  8. Try not to over-mix!
  9. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tins.
  10. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Toothpick should pull out clean.
