As a public health major, my main goal would be to spread awareness about PCOS. According to the World Health Organization, 70% of affected women are undiagnosed. PCOS is one of the most common causes of infertility and also poses other pregnancy risks such as miscarriage and gestational diabetes. It would be helpful for many women to get properly diagnosed and treated in order to limit further health complications.

I would also like to see more research regarding possible treatments for PCOS, as there is currently not one specific treatment for the condition.
