Ingredient List:
- Hoagie Rolls
- Thinly sliced beef ribeye
- Onions
- Provolone
- Butter
- Butter the hoagie rolls dice the onions, and slice the beef thinly against the grain
- In a medium skillet sautee the onions until golden brown and remove them from the pan
- Sautee the beef in the same skillet and cook the beef all the way through
- Add back in the onions and season to preference
- Remove onions and beef to a separate plate, and toast rolls until crispy
