Pan Seared Steak

Ingredient List:

  • Hoagie Rolls
  • Thinly sliced beef ribeye
  • Onions
  • Provolone
  • Butter

 

 

  1. Butter the hoagie rolls dice the onions, and slice the beef thinly against the grain
  2. In a medium skillet sautee the onions until golden brown and remove them from the pan
  3. Sautee the beef in the same skillet and cook the beef all the way through
  4. Add back in the onions and season to preference
  5. Remove onions and beef to a separate plate, and toast rolls until crispy
