Your comfort zone is toxic and here is why:

As a 19-year-old college student without much life experience, it may sound hypocritical coming from me, but those who stay in their comfort zones 24/7 are limiting themselves to life. We all only have the privilege to experience this life once, whether or not you believe in reincarnation– you will not return as the same individual. We must use this knowledge to our advantage and allow ourselves to go out and make memories with our loved ones. Growing up shy, I found it difficult to make friends, speak to strangers, stand up for myself, and express my emotions in front of others due to fear of judgment. Worrying about others’ opinions of you will end up being your biggest weakness.
