What’s the Connection?
– As we grow older, and hit the age of being elder, our ADL decreases, this is due to the fact that
our health is really dependent on how we treat our bodies at a young age.
– To avoid a decrease in our Active daily living or prolong it, we must exercise to keep our muscles strong
and to avoid diseases and increase our quality of life!
– No matter what, ADL needs to be preserved, and the only way you can do this is to work your muscles
this could be done only with exercise.
