The Beginning of Something New

welcome to my channel this is currently my sub count

Thanks for stopping by after having this website empty for about a week I think it’s time we liven things up by introducing my very own Tiktok channel. I know what you’re thinking, you probably thought I had 2 Million followers or at least 100k but hey I’m still new so give it some time.

Jokes aside I made my account back in early July 2020 and during the summer I discovered how much I love & spend time on the internet. To be more specific I love social influencers, I have been through many phases starting from YouTubers to Viner’s to present-day Tiktoker’s.

It took a while for me to be inspired to become my own creator but with the help of many influencers over the years I have gained the confidence to start my own channel. Starting from the beginning my biggest YouTube inspiration as a Kid was KSI, Nigahiga, superwoman, and Jenna marbles. Any Kid born in the 2000’s loves and adores these people for their hilarious content in the mid 2010s.

In my teen years (2015) Vine became popular and my biggest inspiration was Liza Koshy, Jay Versace, & Ali cat. I loved how each influencer had their unique quirk and personality that inspired not only me but thousands of people on their platform and that is exactly who I wanted to be.

When I heard about Tiktok in 2019 I thought it was just another vine reject or flop musically but when 2020 rolled around it exploded in popularity. At the time many aspiring creators knew that their only hope for fame was a fresh start on a brand-new app and Tiktok gave me and many others that chance.

I quickly jumped on the Tiktok hype train along with other creators, but I knew to truly succeed I needed to do my research. TO THE LIBRARY I go and to the library, I shall because the internet’s biggest library is Google, but I decided to use the internet’s second-biggest library YouTube.

Over summer 2020 I watched hundreds of many millions of strategies and ways to become successful on Tiktok. I wrote it down in a word document and set a deadline for myself that by the end of August my channel will be all set and ready to post.

On September 16th I posted my very own Tiktok post (now deleted) and to my surprise, it did not give me worldwide fame, but I knew I had a long way to go. Despite all the strategies and techniques, I just had pure fun posting funny videos online and joining Tiktok trends with all the other creators. I felt like I could be myself in my own little space and that made me happy enough to continue this journey till this day.

Currently, I am formulating a new posting schedule now that I have a job at night and attend classes during the day. Before this class, I used to slack on posting and creating new content. However, now that it’s required for the class to be updating my channel, I think I will be more motivated to continue my Tiktok journey.

How to Globalize your Social media influence

When thinking about becoming a social media influencer you must think ten steps ahead and plan on where you want to be in the future. The present is focusing on your performance on Tik-Tok but what happens when you finally succeed on Tik-Tok? When a rising social media star comes into light, the most important business move they play is expanding their reach to other existing social media platforms.

Let’s Pretend for a day that we’re on the rise to social media fame and we’ve gained 25 million followers overnight. It’s a dream come true, we did it, now as your social media manager I am going to teach you step by step on how to expand your social media presence.

The first App you want to download if you don’t already have it, is Snapchat. Snapchat’s is widely known in the past as a private app that only allows you to send social media pictures to people in your contacts. However as of early 2020 Snapchat has change is layout to give people the opportunity to be seen by anybody who has Snapchat in the United States.

The new feature is called spotlight this feature allows you to upload your Tik-Tok’s to Snapchat and attract traffic to you Tik-Tok page while also gaining a Snapchatsocial media presece. Our followers just went up from 25 million to 30 million because of our recent snapchat post guess we’re on the right track

Pros:

  • Snapchat’s creator fund is 10 times the amount of pay then the payout for Tik-Tok creator’s fund
  • Snapchat is new to the creator fund scene meaning it is easy to get recognition on the app
  • Easy upload of Tik-Tok videos
  • To maintain social presence on Snapchat all one must do is upload 5 pictures a day

Cons:

  • If you don’t have a successful Tik-Tok page, it is hard to get recognition on snapchat
  • Must get rid of Tik-Tok watermark if you want to upload to snapchat

Second runner is my least favorite but for everyone else it is their personal favorite Instagram. Instagram has always been an open social media app that allows you to share your pictures to the world. You can choose to share your photos for personal reasons, or you can join the creator world and post pictures for money. On Instagram it’s a bit different than other social media apps there is no distinct creator fund instead you must branch out on your own.

Since we have 23 million followers, we would tell our followers on Tik-Tok to hit the follow button on Instagram. Once we gain at least 10k followers we have access to applying for brand deals and promotions. For every post you make on Instagram with a brand item or accessory you get paid for giving the company exposure to your 30 million followers. Not only do you get paid, but you now have a huge social media presence on Instagram.

Pros:

  • Get to be known by major companies
  • Relaxed app only required to post any kinds of photos
  • Can post Tik-Tok’s to the new feature called stories

Cons:

  • Payout is not suitable and depends on the brand promotion

Lastly, we have one of my personal favorites YouTube which has been a social media influencer app since 2009. Recently it produced a new form of media that does not require creators to post l 10-minute-long videos. The new feature is called YouTube shorts where videos are only 60 seconds long which is a wonderful opportunity for Tik-Tok creators to upload their Tik-Tok’s. With a 5 million increase in followers from Instagram and a 9 million increase from YouTube shorts we now have a total of 49 million followers.

Pros:

  • Creates a social media presence on YouTube
  • Easy upload of Tik-Tok’s to turn into shorts

Cons:

  • You don’t get paid for uploading Tik-Tok’s to shorts

We have successfully branched out our social media influence congrats it was fun while it lasted but at least we secured out future together.

here a quick how to on how to upload your videos out of Tik-Tok to branch out to other Social media platforms

How to Edit Your Videos Like a Pro

Have you noticed that some Tiktok videos have better quality than others, and are you struggling with the lighting in some of your TikTok’s? No need to fear the millions of social media editing apps are here and readily accessible to boot for anyone of all ages. The Top editing apps I would recommend for beginners would be I-movie, Video leap, and Cap cut.

Beginners notice the problem long before they start to think of downloading editing apps but they believe that the editing tools in TikTok alone would help. However, Tiktok main purpose is to entertain not to edit or make our video’s look brand new so it is up to us to make a FYP worthy Tiktok. Besides most of the features on TikTok are filters and the only people who use filters are kids 2 to 6 or crazy Facebook moms that want to feel young and cool again.

I Movie

Let’s start from easy to more complex, the most basic editing app out of the three has to be none other than I-Movie.

On I-Movie’s main page press the add button to add in videos of your choosing when finished you can click on the video to see editing options. There is a scissors sign for cutting your videos, a dial sign to adjust the speed of your video, a volume sign for volume, and a letter T to add text to your videos.

The tools are very easy to understand since most of the tools use a dial from low to high for any minor adjustments. For finishing touches, you can add filters or change the color of your videos to give them an eye-popping look to catch the eye of people when you upload your videos to TikTok.

VideoLeap

The second is Video leap this app is basic but has a wide variety of editing options to choose from. In video leap, you can add stickers to your videos or add another video on top of your existing video to blend them both into one single video

Video Leap is widely known for its audio enhancing software providing quality pitch sounds in your videos. One of my favorite sound editing options is the “Rock option” making the video reach extreme levels of noise and the bass amplifier option booting the bass.

Capcut

Lastly is Capcut This is one of my all-time favorite editing apps and it’s the current one I use currently. Tiktok is based around sound and with cap cut, you can make your sound and add into the mix of your videos.

When first opening the app, you will be directed to a large square button that says “new project”, click on “new project”, and import your videos. Once you’ve imported your videos you have a far vaster editing option than in video leap. This may require a little bit of YouTube tutorials or step by step guides to fully understand its operation.

The main feature that gives Capcut the title for one of the best editing apps is the fact that it provides video overlays for free to anyone who uses the app. The video can range from a magical butterfly hovering around your video to a glowing light that radiates from the bottom of your video.

Capcut is a must-have if you are in the middle of being a beginner to spending at least a year on Tiktok or any social media platform beginning your journey to creating original content.

if however you prefer editing video on your laptop or PC here is a tutorial on how to

PayDay As an influencer

The Tik-Tok community was once a place to post social media updates using unique sounds as entertainment. However, in early 2020 Tik-Tok announced that it will be starting a creator fund that allows people to become creators and get paid to make Tik-tok content. A lot of creators from different social media apps like YouTube and Instagram were excited about the new opportunity to make money in a new place of work.

The TikTok Creator Fund is now LIVE in the UK, Germany, Italy, France and Spain, and here is how to apply! | TikTok Newsroom

I knew it was my opportunity to seize when I heard that the creator fund was potentially something a creator could live off. Plus, I loved the idea of making fun engaging content while getting money to improve on the content I make for new followers. The TikTok creator fund is estimated to be a total of 200 million and honestly, I cannot even count that number on my fingers, and you think that would be a good thing, but you are wrong. The funding is lower than any social media app fund that gives back to its creator since it is relatively new.

The Radical Egalitarianism of TikTok's Creator Fund Matters - by Hank Green - Pay Attention

The creator fund only gives money to creators if you reach a certain level of followers totaling 10 thousand. The struggle for me to reach that many followers with no knowledge of how to appeal to an audience was brutal. However, with challenging work I climbed the ladder and was finally able to apple to the creator fund. Once applied the following video and the video you make in the future will be making the creator money depending on the amount of view the video makes.

Every 1000 views your video gets you to get paid 4 cents so if your video garners over a million and performs well you would make a total of 80+ dollars. It is easy to get a viral hit on Tiktok and if you are consistent when posting you might get a million on all your Tit-Tok earning 80 dollars every day. The case for well-established Tik-Toker is they know what their audience wants and what to post leading to successful video racking up 80 million views. That 80 million views can earn someone a mass amount of money just enough to live off and expand their careers onto other social media apps.

Not Happy With TikTok's Creator Fund? Here's How to Leave It

Before my junior year started, I was successful in posting content daily creating up to 3 TikTok’s a day. Those three TikTok would get up to 10k likes earning me in total for the month 30 dollars which is not much, but I was happy money was coming in. There was one successful Tit-Tok of mine that I posted in February of this year that garnered up to 8 million views and launched my following rate across the 10k line. Unfortunately, that TikTok was posted before the required paying mark, so I was not able to get paid.

Currently, the pay is not good, but I am enjoying posting content regardless of my views, an average of around 2000 to 3000 views per video. The key to garnering mass views and likes as I take my leave is to always keep track of the viral sounds and music that all Tiktok is listening to and enjoying currently. Stay on top of the trend and you will be getting pained daily without waste and be the content creator you always wanted to be.

How Much The TikTok Creator Fund Paid Me For 1,000,000 Views - YouTube

Here are the tips a trick’s to gaining over 10k or 1000 views

The Golden Rule Every Influencer Must Abide: COLLABORATE

People say hard work will get you far and reward you no matter how long it takes but what if you could skip the hard part altogether. I know crazy right but, indeed, the influencer world isn’t the same as the modern workforce there’s flexibility in how it operates.

Most people think that when influencer’s start to grow a massive following, they accomplished that feat all on their own. News flash their wrong I can guarantee you the influencer was probably rich before the social media status and asked her rich daddy to buy her a crew to help her gain social media attraction.

Ok, I might’ve been a little classist there but the main point is people don’t succeed on their own and if you don’t have the money for a crew, you definitely have the will to collaborate. Collaborating with other influencers is the key to fast-growing social media status and provides you with an unlimited number of networks into Hollywood life.

Today I want to present to you the different ways influencers are collaborating in today’s social media climate. From once visiting another influencers house to filming videos in their bedroom to now creating huge mansion-sized houses to film epic collaborations.

One hype house that stood out to me was the Glam house La demi the founder and director of the hype house wanted to put makeup influencers on the map. She recruited 10 beauty glam Tok-Tok’s influencers and invited them to create beauty content in their hype house located in Beverly hill California.

Another interesting Hype house is nicknamed the kids next door they dress up in the most extravagant clothes and wear neon hair to match. Marcus Olin the young creator always dreams of teens his age being able to express themselves however way they wanted.

Another Hype house that stood out to me was the Gotham Hype house it focuses on alternative influencers who see themselves as castaways. They don’t fit in with a unique style compared to the rest of the hype house which brings lots of attractions to them online. The hype house is located in New York City USA which is the east coast first Hype house with a motto titled “Hype fades. Prestige is timeless”

A Hype house that caught my attention was a Hype house not located in America but instead located in Russia. It is the first Hype house in Russia and is nicknamed after the famous original Hype house in Los Angeles in the United States. The hype quoted that they love working together and it’s almost as if they were family living under the same roof.

There are many Hype houses in the past like the Hype house back in 2015 called the vine house. Then it was the Jake Paul hype house that put Youtuber’s on the map. The present day it’s the ever-so-successful Tik-Tok Hype house that has all the hype. The hype house has a noteworthy roster with the all-time most-followed Tik-Tok influencer Charli D joining their ranks. The hype house also has the second most followed influencer after Charli which is none other than Allison Rae with a whopping 50 million followers.

The key for influencers now more than ever is to collaborate and I hope any influencer reading this heads my words and gains great success.
