1. Adding More Calories to your Diet.

Muscle is built from fat. This is a fact most people don’t know; they think muscle is built by lifting weights. Depending on your height and size, you need to add more calories to your diet. That way, you gain a pound each week. Bear in mind, however, that your diet should consist of higher proteins and vegetables. You also need to drink lots of water. If you want to build up that muscle guys, you need to eat up.

 

 

2. You Need to Improve your Training.

When you choose to develop your muscle mass, you need to make sure you are doing the right training. You need to ensure that you have an appropriate form and can control your movements. You should probably start small and let it go from there. For instance, you can training your bench at 160 lbĀ  and then go on to 260 lb from there. Also, don’t be in a hurry to see results as the results may take time to happen, so try to exercise patience. As long as you follow an appropriate training schedule, and start a heavy caloric diet, you should see results. You will have enough energy and muscle to lift weights you could not believe you could lift.

 

3. Implement Simple Workouts and Morning Exercises.

Remember that your arms should not be your only priority, as you need a balance. You don’t want your arms to be big, while the rest of your body is skinny or small. Therefore, you should implements exercises that will help your lower body and abdominal regions. These exercise include squats, abdominal crunches, push-ups, sit-ups, and so on.
