Most people are busy with either school, work, or kids; therefore, don’t have the time for an hour run, bike, or walk. If you are one of such people, you can go with the H.I.I.T. method of burning calories. By doing 10 mins. of H.I.IT. workout, you can loose up to 200-500 calories, depending on how heavy your workout is.

 

2. A Long Cold Shower.

Most people dislike cold baths; however, they don’t know that cold baths have benefits. There is a theory, which states that taking a 10 minute cold shower activates the Brown Adipose Tissue (B.A.T.). This in turn, caused builds heat, in addition to raising the metabolism, which helps to burn fat. Some people disagree withe this theory, saying that it is rather ridiculous. Before calling this theory ridiculous, why not give it a try and see.

 

3. An Apple a Day…..

Remember the saying, “an apple a day, keeps the doctor away”. Yes, you heard us right, apples help in burning fat. Fruits and vegetables are a source of vitamin, which are a great source of nutrient to the body. In additon, water-based fruits contain pectin, which limit the amount of fat your cells can absorb. Fruits are also packed with lots of antioxidants and. Enjoy delicious fruits and burn fat at the same time. Yes, I mean losing fat over sweets? Come on.

You need to drink half of your body weight in ounces. Water has zero calories and fills up the body, thereby limiting you from eating more. In order to eat less calories, try enjoying your meals with glasses of water.

 

5. Walking/Running/Jogging.

Running/Jogging/waking helps us to burn fat. Running generates sweat, heat, and also helps to raise the metabolism, therefore, helping you burn fat.

6. Dieting.

Lets be honest to ourselves, even if you do the other 5 things, if you do not control your diet, you will see NO results. You need to watch what what you and implement calorie deficit. Your plates to include high vegetables and fruits, more protein, and less carbs. You also need to do away to fast foods and sugary foods, as they have a high calories. In addition to that, you need to eat the amount of calories you can burn.
