
Ingredients~
- 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) of salted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Place the softened butter in a Kitchen Aid Mixer, or bowl, if preferred, and mix until butter is thoroughly beaten
- Add in 3/4 cup of brown sugar, mix well
- Add in 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, mix well
- Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl and mix well
- Add 2 large eggs to the bowl and mix thoroughly
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix
- First add 1/4 cup of flour to the bowl and mix thoroughly, then another cup of flour, mix, then add the final cup of flour and mix well
- Mix in 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Portion out cookies onto a sheet pan according to the size of your preference
- Bake the cookie dough at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 minutes
- Let cool and enjoy!
