- Tomatoes, bell pepper, habanero pepper, and onions
- Seasoning cubes
- Rice
- Garlic, salt, bay leaf, and thyme

- Tomato paste

Cooking Directions
- Wash the chicken or any protein of your choice and put them in a pot, add two seasoning cubes, salt, and garlic, and cook for an hour
- Add cooking oil to the pot and tomato paste and stir fry it for 5 min. Blend the tomatoes, pepper, and onions, pour them into the pot, and continue to stir fry for an additional 8 min then add seasoning cubes and salt
- Add water and the chicken to the pot and let it boil for 3 min, rinse the rice under running water, add it to the boiling water, and let it cook for 10 minutes then add the bay leaf and let it cook for additional 5 minutes
Cooking Tips: Make sure to test-taste the food to determine if the seasonings added is the right amount
Do not add too much water and never leave the food unattended to prevent burning
