Here are some of the workouts I do on my arm days
- Tricep pulldowns
- Dumbbell bench press
- Shoulder Press
- Dumbbell curls
- Hammer curls
- Dumbbell front raises
I do all of these workouts on my arm days for 3 sets of 10. Having a balanced diet and being hydrated helps you have enough energy to go through this full workout. Also taking protein after the workout helps muscles grow and decreases the chances of being sore.
