Here are some of the workouts I do on my back days
- Bent-over row
- Pull ups
- Reverse fly
- Lat pulldowns
- Face pull
I do all of these workouts on my back days for 3 sets of 10. Having a balanced diet and being hydrated helps you have enough energy to go through this full workout. Also taking protein after the workout helps muscles grow and decreases the chances of being sore.
