Here are some of the workouts I do on my core days
- Planks
- Russian twist
- Bicycle kicks
- Leg raises
- Sit ups
I do all of these workouts on my core days for 3 sets of 20 and I do the planks for 3 sets of 60 seconds. Having a balanced diet and being hydrated helps you have enough energy to go through this full workout. Also taking protein after the workout helps muscles grow and decreases the chances of being sore.
