The Endless Cycle

Poem request from Milaxu: Wanted me to use a random quote from Friedrich Nietzsche

In the depths of our loneliest hours,
When the world around us seems to devour,
A demon may come and whisper in our ear,
Of a fate that fills our hearts with fear.

The thought of living this life once more,
And endless cycles to endure,
Can crush the spirit and break the soul,
And leave us feeling utterly alone.

For what is the point of this endless game,
If we must relive the pain and the shame,
And face the same battles over and again,
With no hope of ever breaking free from sin?

Yet, perhaps in a moment of divine clarity,
We may see the beauty in this disparity,
And embrace the chance to live once more,
To seek redemption and love and so much more.

For though the weight of this knowledge is great,
And the thought of living again may cause us to shake,
There is still a glimmer of hope to hold,
And a chance to rewrite our story and be bold.

So let us not curse the demon who speaks,
But instead, find the strength to seek,
A life worth living, a legacy to leave,
And the chance to our demons to deceive.

For in this endless cycle, there is still light,
A hope that shines through the darkest night,
And though the road may be long and hard,
We can find a way to play our part.

And in the end, when our journey is done,
We may find that this life was not so tragic after all,
But a beautiful tapestry of joy and pain,
Woven together in a grand refrain.

Whispers of the Stars: An Ode to Scorpio and Nature’s Secrets

Created: April 2, 2023, 15;27 pm

What if the stars could whisper secrets of the night,
To the fierce Scorpio, who knows how to fight?
What if the moon could guide Scorpio’s way,
As they venture out into the dark and astray?

What if nature could show Scorpio the truth,
And reveal the mysteries of age-old youth?
What if the forest could teach Scorpio to see,
The beauty in the shadows, and the strength in being free?

For Scorpio knows the power of the unseen,
And how to navigate the depths of what has been,
And in nature’s embrace, Scorpio finds a place,
Where secrets can be unlocked, and new paths can be traced.

For Scorpio sees the magic in the earth and the sky,
And knows that sometimes the truth can be hard to find,
But through the whispers of nature, and the wisdom of the stars,
Scorpio knows that they can uncover what is hidden, and push past any bars.

So here’s to Scorpio, who knows how to embrace,
The secrets of nature, and the beauty in each place,
For in the depths of what ifs, and the wonder of nature’s hold,
Scorpio finds the power to be brave, and strong, and bold.

Crossroads

Poem Request by Biannca
"You might say we are staying
together for the sake of evil,"
Yuri spoke softly, his eyes searching
for understanding.
Sapphire's response was quick and
unyielding,
"I won't let your darkness consume
me, no matter how tempting."

Ishnol and Feila exchanged a knowing
look,
Their voices melding together in
unison.
"Our motives are not so simple as good or evil,
But survival in a world where trust is
undone."

Sapphire scoffed at their words, her
distrust unwavering,
"Your alliance are fickle and your
loyalties untrue."
But Ishnol and Feila stood firm, their
conviction unshaken,
"We'll do what we must to make it
through."

Yuri looked on, caught in the middle,
As the four of them stood at a
crossroads in time.
He knew that their choices would
shape their future,
And the consequences could be both
harsh and unkind.

Dimitte sensus tuos (Unhand thy feelings)

Poem request by Persavol

What useless feelings fill my heart
When I think of days long gone,
Of chances missed and dreams apart,
And all the paths I should have gone.

What embarrassing words I've said
That still echo in my mind,
Oh how I wish I could have fled
And left them all behind.

What useless feelings I possess
When envy creeps into my soul,
And I compare my own success
To others' who've reached their goal.

What embarrassing words I've spoken
In moments of fear and doubt,
And left my heart shattered and
broken,
Wondering what life's all about.

But let me not dwell on the past,
Nor be consumed by regret,
For I know that life moves fast,
And new chances I can get.

So I'll let go of useless feelings,
And the words that make me cringe,
And focus on life's new dealings,
With hope and a steady binge.
