Radiant Bonds: The Laser’s Dance of Friendship

In a city of lights, on a parking garage's
crest,
Slimy Persavol perched, the laser in jest.
A red dot that dances, teases and plays,
Short Stack Sell's window, in its radiant
gaze.

With mischievous laughter, Slimy takes aim,
Guiding the pointer, a playful, bright flame.
Short Stack looks around, trying to see,
The source of the sparkle, the laughter set
free.

On rooftops and ledges, the friendship
takes flight,
Through taunts and through antics, their
bond shining bright.
Slimy and Short Stack, a pair so unique,
In laser pointer's laughter, memories they'll
keep.

Though windows may separate, laughter
draws near,
A friendship so cherished, forever sincere.
In Slimy's fun gestures, and Short Stack's
retorts,
A tale of two friends, in a world of their
sports.

Veiled Whispers of the Heart’s Silent Dance

In the quiet chambers of my heart’s abode,
A secret ember of affection glowed,
For you, a friend so dear and true,
But silence veiled what I wished to show.

A symphony of feelings danced within,
Yet fear of change gripped me, my friend,
For I treasured the bond we’d cultivated,
And dreaded the chance it might rend.

When you drew close, my heart took flight,
Aflutter, it soared to new heights,
But I held back the words that longed to escape,
For fear they would change our shared lights.

I kept my feelings locked within,
In the caverns deep, where no light could dim,
I buried them deep, or so I thought,
But emotions, like rivers, persistently swim.

The universe held these emotions in care,
A cosmic plan beyond what we’re aware,
It whispered, “Patience, let time unfold,
When the stars align, your truths will bear.”

So I kept my sentiments hidden away,
Hoping one day they’d see the light of day,
In the meantime, I cherished our moments,
As friends, side by side, come what may.

The tides of time flowed ever on,
As I continued to stand, emotions withdrawn,
Till one fateful day, the universe decreed,
The feelings I kept were no longer foregone.

With stars as witnesses, I finally confessed,
Bared my heart, let my emotions be expressed,
To my surprise, you smiled and said,
You’d been feeling the same, in silence, suppressed.

The depths of my soul I had delved to hide,
The feelings that blossomed, couldn’t be denied,
Our friendship, it seemed, was meant to evolve,
As the universe wove our paths to coincide.

So fear not to feel, to let your heart free,
For the universe knows what’s meant to be,
In the delicate dance of friendship and love,
It guides us to moments of serendipity.

Art vs Expectations

In a world where dreams were cast aside,
My artistic fire began to hide.
The people around me, their doubts grew strong,
"Study harder, child, don't you want to belong?"

Ambitions suppressed, I followed their lead,
Achieving straight A's, fulfilling their creed.
But empty was my heart, devoid of delight,
For I craved the canvas, the colors so bright.

High school arrived, my facade crumbled fast,
Grades slipped away, like grains in an hourglass.
Yet within the chaos, a spark reappeared,
1 picked up my pencil, my passion revered.

Years lost, creativity held in chains,
But I embraced art, despite the pains.
And amidst the struggle, a glimmer of hope,
For my mother's support, like a lifeline, she'd rope.

Yet weary I grew, tired of pretense,
Of family's false pride, their shallow defense.
Demanding my work, their voices would persist,
But their words felt hollow, a mocking twist.

So now I break free, from their expectations,
Seeking my path, defying frustrations.
For art is my essence, my soul's sweet release,
Not measured by praise or societal peace.

I'll paint with resilience, my spirit aflame,
With strokes of passion, I'II etch my own name.
No longer bound by their doubtful embrace,
I'll forge my own destiny, in colors I trace.

For true fulfillment lies in following my heart,
In art's vast canvas, I'll find my true art.
No more seeking validation or lies to appease,
I’ll paint my own masterpiece, my soul's masterpiece.

Ties That Empower

In bonds of friendship, stories intertwine,
Where euphoria and empowerment align,
Yet drama lurks within this cherished space,
A tapestry of emotions we must embrace.

With hearts entwined, euphoria we find,
In laughter shared and moments so kind,
A symphony of joy, a blissful dance,
Friendship’s euphoria, a magical trance.

Empowerment blooms in friendship’s embrace,
Nurturing souls, igniting inner grace,
Together we rise, as strength intertwines,
Empowered by love, our spirits align.

But amid the harmony, drama may arise,
Testing the bonds, revealing truth in disguise,
A storm of emotions, turbulent and wild,
Friendship’s resilience, put to the trial.

In facing the drama, we learn and grow,
Navigating conflicts, seeds of wisdom we sow,
Communication’s embrace, the healer’s balm,
Friendship’s foundation, weathering the storm.

So let us reflect on these threads we weave,
Friendship’s tapestry, intricate and naïve,
Euphoria, empowerment, drama entwined,
A tapestry of life, beautifully designed.

Telstra’s Resolve

“What are you doing? Why are you still holding…back?! Have you forgotten what they said to us? What they did? They think you’re a monster!! Prove them RIGHT!!!”

Telstra Spinx

In a moment of tempestuous plight,
Telstra’s powers flicker, a dormant might,
“What are you doing? Why hold back the flame?
Have you forgotten their words, their cruel game?

They label you a monster, an abhorrent sight,
But their ignorance blinds them from your true light.
Unleash the fury that dwells deep within,
Prove them right, let the storm begin!

For they know not the strength you possess,
The resilience within, the power to impress.
Rise, oh Telstra, embrace your might,
Unleash your essence, ignite the night!

No more shall their judgment chain you down,
No longer will you wear society’s frown.
With defiance as your guide, your spirit alight,
Prove them right, let your powers take flight!

Break the shackles, set your soul free,
Embrace the monster they claim you to be.
In your flames, their doubts shall ignite,
A testament to the power they failed to sight.

Oh Telstra, let their whispers fade,
Your destiny awaits, in darkness you wade.
Prove them right, let your strength unfurl,
For within your heart, an extraordinary world.”

Wanderers of Love: Embracing the Unknown

In a world of hearts, where love’s thread wove,
A tale unfolds of a family’s love, but seeking to rove.
Deciding to part ways, to journey apart,
Yet rooted in affection, deep in each heart.

Through the ebb and flow of life’s steady stream,
They seek their paths, like a fragmented dream.
Each member bound by hopes, ambitions, and needs,
Aching to explore, while tending to their own seeds.

The parents, once hand in hand, side by side,
Now choose separate roads, where their spirits reside.
Their laughter, once shared in a cozy home,
Now echoes faintly, as they yearn to roam.

With somber smiles and longing gazes exchanged,
They bid farewell, knowing love will remain unchanged.
In the depths of their souls, an unbreakable bond,
Even in distance, a connection beyond.

The children, caught amidst the shifting tides,
Struggle to fathom this rift that divides.
Yet in their hearts, a compass ever true,
For the love of their family, steadfast and true.

Through milestones celebrated and trials endured,
They find solace, for their love is assured.
Though paths may diverge and distances grow wide,
Their love transcends, forever unified.

And so, they journey on, embracing the unknown,
Seeking their destinies, seeds of love sown.
Though physically apart, their souls interlace,
Family, forever bound, in each other’s grace.

Sacred Unity: The Anthem of Friendship

In a circle of eight, united we stand,
Bound by a friendship, a bond never planned.
Through thick and through thin, I’ll forever be near,
For these amazing souls, I hold dear.

No task too daunting, no risk too great,
I’ll traverse any road, accept any fate.
Their well-being, my purpose, I’ll never abstain,
Their smiles, their joy, my ultimate gain.

My words hold power, they carry weight,
Within their hearts, they resonate.
They listen, they understand, my emotions unveiled,
And reciprocate, their feelings unveiled.

Through moments of discord, when shadows arise,
Understanding prevails, like a gentle sunrise.
We bridge the divide, we find common ground,
In this sanctuary of friendship, harmony is found.

I tread the path of neutrality, I remain,
A beacon of support, their solace, their gain.
For their happiness, my happiness thrives,
In this eternal bond, our joy forever survives.

A group of eight, forever intertwined,
In each other’s hearts, our spirits aligned.
Through laughter and tears, we’ll journey as one,
Together, my friends, until our days are done.

Risus Absentis

In moments when my presence wanes,
When solitude's embrace remains,
Recall the foolish words we'd share,
To soothe the ache of absence's glare.

Think not of absence, but of wit,
The jovial banter, bit by bit,
For though I'm distant, far away,
My spirit dances, free to play.

Imagine laughter in the air,
a symphony of jests we'd share,
In every word, a tender thread,
To gently mend what time has shed.

Let silly tales and jests resound,
Within your heart, let mirth abound,
For though we're parted, side by side,
The echoes linger, cannot hide.

So let my voice, in memories stored,
Bring solace when emotions pour,
May laughter guide you weary soul,
And tears dissolve in humor's roll.

Though absent now, I'm not truly gone,
In jests and quips, I still live on,
So let these words, a comforting balm,
Transform your tears into a calming psalm.

Blades, Dancers, and Killers

A poem from the “Nevernight series” by Jay Kristoff

Oh, hear my song of the deadly three
Whose fates intertwined, so fatefully
Mia, Ash, and Tric, a bond so true
A love so deep, forever renew

Mia, a blade, honed sharp and true
With vengeance as her driving clue
Ash, a dancer, with grace imbued
A heart of gold, pure and true

Tric, a killer, with secrets to keep
A heart of steel, buried deep
Their paths cross, their fates entwined
A bond forged, forever refined

Together they face the trials ahead
A world of darkness, filled with dread
Their bond of love, forever unbroken
In the face of danger, a bond awoken

Oh, deadly three, a bond so rare
With love and trust, beyond compare
Through fire and ice, they face each test
Their bond of love, forever blessed

So let us sing, this ode of three
Whose bond of love, forever free
Mia, Ash, and Tric, a deadly crew
A bond of love, forever true.

What Once Was

Poem request by London: She gave the first line.

What happened to the good times?
The sun once shone so bright,
Its golden rays a gentle rhyme
That chased away the night.

The flowers bloomed in brilliant hues,
Their petals soft and kind,
And every breeze that gently blew
Brought fragrant peace of mind.

The world was full of wondrous things,
Like birds that sang with glee,
And laughter, like a pair of wings,
Set our hearts and sprites free.

But now it seems the world has
changed,
The sun obscured by clouds,
The flowers wilted and deranged,
Their beauty lost in shrouds.

The birds no longer sing their songs,
Their melodies now hushed,
And laughter, once a source of
throngs,
Has turned to tears, so crushed.

Yet even in this darkest hour,
A glimmer still remains,
A memory of what once was dour,
And hope that it sustains.

For though the world may seem to
fade,
Its beauty still endures,
and light of love, we'll wade
Through times that feel unsure.
