Conversations of Integration

23/08/14

Dr. Seraphina Rivers, with gentle concern,
Speaks to her patient, these lessons to
discern.
"Within you, dear one, reside various selves,
Each with their own desires and stories to
delve.

The one who sabotaged the relationship's
domain, May not be the sole voice, let me
explain.
Suppressing others breeds a hungry beast,
Whose only goal is to devour, to feast.

Listen, embrace, and understand them all,
For in their harmony, healing shall befall.
Release the cage, let each voice be heard,
Discover the wisdom within, untamed and
stirred.

By integrating these aspects, you'll find a
way,
To reason, to heal, and lead a brighter day.
Acknowledge their needs, their desires true,
And through self-compassion, find a
breakthrough.

No longer adversaries, but parts to embrace,
Unite them in harmony, find a
sacred space.
For your true power lies in integration's art,
Dr. Seraphina Rivers, guiding your heart.

Together we'll navigate this inner terrain,
Embracing your characters, releasing the
strain.
Let not the hungry beast control your mind,
But unite your selves, a harmony defined.

With patience and self -discovery you shall
find,
Integration and healing, an enlightened
mind.
Dr Seraphina Rivers, here to guide your
quest,
Embrace your inner characters, and find
your best."

Belief in a Worthy Blessing

I hope beautiful things happen to you, and when they do, I hope you can believe that you are worthy of every single one of them.

In the realm of verse, let's weave a tale,
Of hopes and dreams that gently sail.
Where beautiful things come to find,
A place to dwell within the mind.

Oh, gracious soul, may your heart be bright,
As stars that twinkle in the night.
May destiny's hand gently unfold,
In stories yet untold, but soon to be told.

When fortune's breeze whispers your name,
And blessings in your life find their calm,
Believe, dear one, that you're worthy, true,
Of every joy that comes to you.

Like petals adorning a bloom so rare,
Embrace each moment, for it's yours to
share.
Let doubt's shadow fade into the past,
For you my friend, have found your vast.

A tepestry woven with love and grace,
Painted ith hues of dreams embraced.
Embrace these blessings, let them unfurl,
As life's symphony dances and swirls.

And in the depths of yuor being, know,
You're desrving of all the seeds you sow.
For beauty resides within your core,
An eternal flame, forevermore.

So, when those beautiful things come your
way,
Breathe deeply, my dear, and let them stay.
Embrace the truth that you are deserving,
Of every blessing, ever deserving.

May your path be adorned with treasures
rare,
And may your heart forever bear,
The knowledge that you are worthy, true,
Of every dream that comes to you.

Siblings’ Fiery Exchange

Prompt: Conversation between siblings

Prompt Conversation:

Shaati: (Grabs her sister by the color) And you dare call yourself human?!

Vylona: No, of course, I don’t. Neither should you (staring at her sister’s bloodied hands)

Shaati: Tch.

In the realm of sibling ties, emotions flare,
A fiery exchange, a tumultuous affair.
Shaati, with anger, grabs her sister's collar,
Questioning her humanity, causing the
scene to holler.

Vylona, gazing at her sister's hands stained
red,
Responds calmly, refusing to bow her head.
"No, I don't claim such title, nor should you,"
she declares,
A reflection in her eyes, pain and concern
she wears.

The grip tightens, tension hangs in the air,
Words thrown like arrows, sharp and unfair.
Shaati's discontent, a bitter sound, "Tch,"
A fleeting expression, a voice of dismissal to
catch.

Within the bounds of blood, conflict unfolds,
In this tapestry of emotions, their story
holds.
In the depths of their bond, a tempest roars,
A tale of kinship, tested by life's countless
scores.

But beneath the surface, a love remains
strong,
Though disagreements persist, it won't be
long,
For siblings to find solace, forgiveness to
seek,
In the realm of compassion, unity they'll
speak.

For the ties that bind, no storm can sever,
Through clashes and chaos, their bond will
endeavor.
In the ebb and flow of life's relentless tide,
Their siblinghood endures, standing side by
side.

So let the words fade, let the anger
dissipate,
In the space between them, understanding
awaits.
For in the tapestry of siblings' fierce
contention,
Love's gentle thread weaves the ultimate
redemption.

Whispers of Resilience: A Battle Against Social Anxiety

 Prompt: Social Anxiety

Prompt convo: (Mara's Inner Dialogue in quotations)
"This is my stop. I should get ready."
"Just say it!"
(Whispers) "Excuse me?"
(A feeling of everyone watching her)
"What's with that look?"
"Please speak. SPEAK!"
"Why are they getting close?"
"Did I say something wrong?"
"I can't.."
"It's ruining my life."

In the depths of Mara's troubled mind,
A battle fierce, she tries to find,
Her heart constricts, her breath is caught,
Social anxiety, a fearsome thought.

"This is my stop. I should get ready,"
She whispers softly, feeling unsteady.
"Just say it!" her inner voice demands,
But courage falters in trembling hands.

"Excuse me?" escapes her lips so meek,
A voice so fragile, barely a squeak.
Yet in her mind, a symphony resounds,
The feeling of eyes, a weight that surrounds.

"What's with that look?" she wonders in
fear,
A gaze, a judgment, cutting and sheer.
"Please speak. SPEAK!" her spirit cries,
But anxiety's grip, it never denies.

"Why are they getting close?" she frets,
A crowd encroaching, her mind besets.
"Did I say something wrong?" she ponders,
Her thoughts spinning in anxious wonders.

"I can't," she thinks, defeated and worn,
As confidence withers, her spirit torn.
"It's ruining my life," she mourns within,
A silent struggle, a battle to win.

But let us not despair in Mara's plight,
For strength can be found in darkest night.
Through empathy's touch and
compassion's grace,
A poem now weaves, an embrace takes
place.

To Mara, we offer solace and light,
A reminder that battles can yield to flight.
In unity, we stand, hearts intertwined,
For social anxiety, we shall unbind.

With patience and love, let's lend an ear,
To those whose whispers are tinged with
fear.
Through understanding, let kindness reign,
In Mara's struggle, a hope we sustain.

For in her journey, she'll find her voice,
Breaking free from anxiety's choice.
And as she blossoms, brave and strong,
Her spirit soars, a triumph song.

So let us stand as one, hand in hand,
Supporting each other, a united band.
For in this poem, Mara's tale unfolds,
A testament of courage, yet untold.

What Once Was

Poem request by London: She gave the first line.

What happened to the good times?
The sun once shone so bright,
Its golden rays a gentle rhyme
That chased away the night.

The flowers bloomed in brilliant hues,
Their petals soft and kind,
And every breeze that gently blew
Brought fragrant peace of mind.

The world was full of wondrous things,
Like birds that sang with glee,
And laughter, like a pair of wings,
Set our hearts and sprites free.

But now it seems the world has
changed,
The sun obscured by clouds,
The flowers wilted and deranged,
Their beauty lost in shrouds.

The birds no longer sing their songs,
Their melodies now hushed,
And laughter, once a source of
throngs,
Has turned to tears, so crushed.

Yet even in this darkest hour,
A glimmer still remains,
A memory of what once was dour,
And hope that it sustains.

For though the world may seem to
fade,
Its beauty still endures,
and light of love, we'll wade
Through times that feel unsure.

The Beauty of Selflessness

Created: March 25, 2023

Quote: “I always thought, I might be bad. Now I’m sure that it’s true. Cuz I think you’re so good and I’m nothing Like you.”

I always thought, I might be bad,
A darkness lurking, making me sad,
A gnawing feeling, deep inside,
A constant battle, I cannot hide.

Now I’m sure that it’s true,
For when I see the likes of you,
I’m struck with awe, so pure and bright,
A shining star, in darkest night.

You speak with kindness, without fear,
A beacon of hope, so bright and clear,
A selflessness, I can’t conceive,
A noble heart, that will not leave.

And yet, here I am, in my own skin,
A tarnished soul, that can’t begin,
To match the goodness, that you exude,
A stark contrast, I can’t conclude.

For I am nothing, like you,
No shining star, so pure and true,
Just a mere mortal, with faults and flaws,
And though it hurts, it’s just because.

I see in you, all that I lack,
A shining light, I can’t attract,
But still, I hope to learn from you,
And maybe, one day, be something too.

Eternal Sentinel

Uneka calls out to Ishnol,
As he walks away, without control.
Leaving her behind, once again,
Without a word, or a thought to spend.

But then, she grabs him by the arm,
And he turns, with his eyes alarmed.
Black and white, with a Nordic sign,
A sight that makes her heart decline.

Ishnol speaks of immortality,
A curse that brings him agony,
Endless pain, and suffering,
A life that’s never-ending.

He’s seen things he wishes he hadn’t,
And his soul has been broken and battered.
He can’t be attached to anyone,
For they will die, while he lives on.

He’s been betrayed and held captive,
His gift a curse, that’s so massive.
Uneka tries to understand,
But he’s too broken to take her hand.

He tells her that immortality is a curse,
A fate worse than death, that’s adverse.
A reminder of one’s own insignificance,
In a universe that’s cruel and indifferent.

So Uneka learns from Ishnol’s pain,
And she’ll never see immortality the same.
For his words are a warning, a call,
To never seek what’s not worth it all.

Complex Web

The lyrics I portrayed in a song are from Introverted by Zotiyac. The lyrics are at the bottom.

I hope for the best, but don’t believe it
Trust is hard, and I’m not easily deceived
I keep my distance from others, no regrets
For I know the pain that comes from making bets

She trusted me once, but now I don’t know
The reasons why we drifted, why we let it go
Memories of our love, still fresh in my head
But the motives that changed, are still left unsaid

Long nights, arguments, and making up
Moments of passion, but never enough
I held her close, when she cried her tears
My shoulder wet, with the weight of her fears

She loved me, but I can’t believe
For my heart, remains hard to retrieve
Affectless, in the face of her affection
A shield I wear, to protect my reflection

Relationships, they come and go
Trust, love, regret, and woe
A complex web, that we all must weave
To find the balance, that we can all believe.

[Lyrics]
"I don't believe it, but I hope the best
I don't fuck with people, so I leave 'em without no regrеt
She ain't have to trust me and shе did, but
I don't know the rest
Start off unconditional become a different motive next
Long nights embedded in my head that
I ain't gon' forget
Argue 'til we fuck, you cancel work and now we overslept
Member I would hold you when you cry, it got my shoulder wet
She just wanna love me, don't believe her so it’s no affect"

Surface Tension

Introverted, deep inside,
My struggles I cannot hide.
It ain’t personal, please don’t take,
I’m just reserved, my space I make.

I hope for the best, but don’t believe,
My trust issues, hard to relieve.
I don’t mess with people, no regret,
Long nights embedded, I won’t forget.

I fear a lonely death, it’s true,
No one left, just blackness, no clue.
Can’t smoke my life, just roll away,
Compassion lost, in disarray.

It ain’t you, don’t take the blame,
My issues mine, I’m not the same.
Pointed fingers, it’s not fair,
Counted on you, but you’re not there.

Surrounding aura, a daunting view,
Obstacles, seem insurmountable, true.
Trying to move forward, leave the past,
Covering scars with money, it won’t last.

Introverted, I am on the surface,
Trying to cope, with my purpose.
Deep down, I know I must strive,
To keep moving forward, and stay alive.

Champion of the Battlefield

Created: April 15, 15:58

Amidst the turmoil of life’s race,
There lived a soul with gentle grace,
Compassion was her guiding light,
Perseverance kept her in the fight.

Through hardships, she always remained,
A rock for others who were pained,
Her heart full of love and care,
With open arms, she was always there.

But now she’s gone, and we’re left to mourn,
Her gentle spirit forever gone,
Yet her legacy will never fade,
Her compassion and perseverance will always pervade.

So let us honor her memory,
By living with the same empathy,
May we carry on her loving flame,
And always strive to do the same.
