What is Self Care?

Self Care is the practice of taking care of one’s own health by doing things that nourish the body. Self care can nourish the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of a person.

There is no “right way” to practice self care. Self care can take a variety of forms based on our individual needs. What nourishes you might not nourish someone else! Everyone has activities that make them feel good and self-care is about finding these practices and activities and using it to improve your health.
