Energy Oatmeal Balls

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of quick oats
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of honey

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir together until well combined. Any mixing method is okay, but if using a hand mixer make sure the speed is on low.
  2. Roll into balls. (Can use small cookie dough scoop to scoop into a ball)
  3. Eat right away or put into the refrigerator to eat them cold
  4. Store leftovers in the fridge in a covered container.
