Havre de Grace is a small city in Harford County along the waterside of both the Susquehanna and Chesapeake Bay. From Towson it’s about an hour but its worth it, they have a small playground and a small restaurant called the Promenade grill which has always been one of my favorites. It’s quiet and small, I’ve always loved going here and walking on their boardwalk and going fishing off it. On main street they have small local stores, and antiques shops that are fun time fillers. There is also the Concord lighthouse that you can tour and learn about along with museums like the decoy museum. This is a great place to go with friends and family on a nice sunny day.
