My first time going to Florida was with my dad and we drove the whole trip in one day to Orlando to go to Disney World the next day. We stayed for a whole week and went to every park, it’ll forever be a core memory for me.
My step-grandparents moved to Jacksonville Florida about 4 years ago but recently moved back, in those 4 years of going down each summer we had a bunch of fun. Some beaches we went to were Fernandina beach, Jacksonville, St. Augustine! I even got to swim with dolphins when we went to St. Augustine at a place called Marineland.
My trip last summer was with my boyfriend and we stayed with his grandma in Ocala Florida which is somewhat central. We traveled to Silver Springs State park with clear blue water and sights of gators, beautiful fish and their native monkeys! We kayaked through the water, and i also did the glass bottom boat tour there years prior. I went to Disney for the second time but only to universal this time which was so cool since i was older. I didn’t remember much when i went when i was younger so it was so fun seeing everything again. I went to Daytona Beach and traveled to the three sisters springs and closer beaches on the gulf side but none were very nice. I want to travel to Clearwater beach and Miami someday soon.
