Physical Health
Some may not know but physical exercise contributes to our overall well-being. Exercise can help decrease stress, increase energy levels, and may improve sleep. These are only some of the benefits of exercise as it offers many more. Physical health does not only include exercise but also our diet. Eating wholesome foods that are fresh and nutritious will help the body feel good whereas eating junk food every day will the body feel low with energy.
