The Four Pillars of Mental Health
When someone refers to their mental health, many would not consider all four areas that contribute to their overall well-being. The four areas that contribute to it include, physical, emotional, cognitive, and social health. It’s important to implement healthy practices in each of those four areas mentioned previously to balance and achieve good mental health.
