Nigerian Food

The majority of Nigerian cuisine consists of dishes like cassava, rice, maize, yams, and an abundance of vegetables that are high in carbohydrates. These meals can be cooked in a variety of ways. For instance, the cassavas can be processed into flour and used to make a tasty and affordable porridge. You can either mash or deep-fry the yams in oil. Another delicacy is meat, which is processed into wild meat (from antelopes and giraffes) and suya (a type of meat that resembles barbecue meat). Particularly in the west and the south, the majority of the cuisine is spicy. Other traditional foods include ogbono, fufu, eba, okra, and egusi. Traditional brews like palm wine are among the drinks.
