Cava’s Plans for Expansion

Cava has grown notably in popularity in the last couple of years, with investors believing in this restaurant’s long-term potential. As of this year, the chain only had 279 locations and plans to have more than 1,000 by 2032. Recently, Cava has introduced consumer-packaged goods in over 650 grocery stores. This tactic has significantly increased its popularity. In recent years, Cava’s parent company, Cava Group, Inc., acquired the Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant Zoe’s Kitchen. This has allowed the company to expand and diversify, gaining new locations. Cava now has an annual unit growth rate of 15%, meaning we can expect 60-75 new openings just this year.
