The setup of Cava’s restaurant is an assembly line where you can customize your bowl or pita bread. I will list all the steps and the ingredients to create a cava bowl.
Firstly, pick whether you want a greens and grains bowl or just a grain bowl.
Greens:

- Baby Spinach
- Romaine
- Splendid Greens (romaine, radicchio, escarole, chicory, endive)
- Super Greens (raw cabbage, chicory, brussel sprouts, broccoli, kale)
Grains:
- Saffron Basmati Rice
- Brown Rice

- Right Rice (veggie rice made from lentil, chickpea, and peaflour)
Once your base is selected, you move on to the dips and spreads, where you can mix or match up to 3.

After you choose your dips and spreads, you move on to the proteins. You get a scoop of your choice.

Once your protein is selected, you move on to the toppings. The best part about Cava is you can have unlimited toppings.
