Quesadilla Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Large flour tortilla
  • Grated cheese of your choice
  • Oil or butter
  • Protein (optional)
  • Vegetables (optional)

 

Method:

  1. Heat a large skillet to medium high and spread butter or oil onto it.
  2. Add the tortilla and flip every 10 seconds.
  3. Once you see air pockets forming on the tortilla add your cheese (enough to cover the tortilla) and other optional ingredients.
  4. Lower your heat and cover the pan.
  5. Once your cheese is melted fold the tortilla in half.
  6. Remove the quesadilla from pan, cut into wedges, and serve!
