Ingredients:
- Large flour tortilla
- Grated cheese of your choice
- Oil or butter
- Protein (optional)
- Vegetables (optional)
Method:
- Heat a large skillet to medium high and spread butter or oil onto it.
- Add the tortilla and flip every 10 seconds.
- Once you see air pockets forming on the tortilla add your cheese (enough to cover the tortilla) and other optional ingredients.
- Lower your heat and cover the pan.
- Once your cheese is melted fold the tortilla in half.
- Remove the quesadilla from pan, cut into wedges, and serve!
