Ultimate frisbee is a 7 versus 7 player non-contact game where the objective is to use a flying disc to score points in the opponents endzone. It is a self-refereed match where both teams stand in their endzones before the “Pull” is thrown, which is where the defending team throws the frisbee downfield towards the attacking team. Once a player has caught the disc they cannot move but can use a pivot foot to rotate around. After a player on the offensive has caught the frisbee in the defending team’s endzone, they score a point.
