Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice (cooked)
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 4 half sheets of sushi-grade nori
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 8 pieces of imitation crab
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
Directions
- Season the rice with ricer vinegar, stir together until room temperature
- layout one sheet of nori (rough side up)
- Evenly spread the rice across the nori and sprinkle sesame seeds on top
- Cut cucumber and avocado into thin, long slices
- Place imitation crab followed by avocado slice then cucumber slice on top of the nori, 1 inch from the bottom
- Roll everything into a cylinder shape with the rice on the outside
- Slice the cylinder-shaped sushi into 6 smaller pieces evenly
