French Toast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 slices of sandwich bread

 

Directions:

  1. Beat the egg, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow dish with a wire whisk or fork.
  2. Stir in milk
  3. Dip the bread in the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly
  4. Cook bread slices on a lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
