The drive to Charleston, South Carolina was approximately 9.5 hours there from Towson with minimal traffic. We left on Monday, March 18th and returned Friday, March 22nd. The return drive took approximately 10.5 hours as there was a lot of traffic when driving through Virginia. We stopped approximately 4 times each way for breaks, and typically ate lunch in the car while driving.
