- Ingredients
- Water
- Elbow Macaroni
- Butter
- Flour
- Salt & Pepper
- Milk
- Cheddar Cheese
Cooking Directions
- Boil Water in Pot
- Once water is boiling cook macaroni elbows for eight minuets
- Make a roux by melting butter in sauce pan and adding flour salt & pepper plus a little milk
- Slowly stir in cheese into roux
- Add macaroni noodles once finished cooking
