Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 Cups Heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 Whole milk
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine 1 Cup of cream, 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 tbsp of vanilla extract, and 1/8 tsp. of salt in a saucepan.
  2. Warm on medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from stovetop and combine the rest of the ingredients into the mix.
  4. Let chill in the refrigerator.
  5. When hardened, whisk mixture and put the mixture into an ice cream maker. Churn according to manufacturers directions.
  6. Place ice cream mixture into air tight container and let sit in the freezer until ready to serve.
