Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 Cups Heavy cream
- 1 1/4 Whole milk
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
- Combine 1 Cup of cream, 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 tbsp of vanilla extract, and 1/8 tsp. of salt in a saucepan.
- Warm on medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from stovetop and combine the rest of the ingredients into the mix.
- Let chill in the refrigerator.
- When hardened, whisk mixture and put the mixture into an ice cream maker. Churn according to manufacturers directions.
- Place ice cream mixture into air tight container and let sit in the freezer until ready to serve.
