Summer Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Frozen peaches
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • Spinach (optional)

 

Directions:

  1. Add a handful of spinach and about a half cup of oat milk to your blender and blend.
  2. Add about a handful of each fruit to your blender, more or less depending on your preferences.
  3. Pour in about a cup of milk (you may need to add more or less depending how much fruit you added)
  4. Blend!
  5. Once finished blending, pour into a glass and enjoy!
  6. If you want to get creative add avocado for a creamy consistency or a nut butter for protein!
