Summer Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- Fresh strawberries
- Frozen strawberries
- Frozen peaches
- Frozen raspberries
- Oat milk (or milk of choice)
- Spinach (optional)
Directions:
- Add a handful of spinach and about a half cup of oat milk to your blender and blend.
- Add about a handful of each fruit to your blender, more or less depending on your preferences.
- Pour in about a cup of milk (you may need to add more or less depending how much fruit you added)
- Blend!
- Once finished blending, pour into a glass and enjoy!
- If you want to get creative add avocado for a creamy consistency or a nut butter for protein!
