Vanilla Cupcake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of softened butter
  • 3/4 cup of sugar (less or more at your own discretion)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

 

Cooking Steps

  1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit; line muffin cups with paper
  2. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (make sure butter is room temp)
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time
  4. Add flour (mixed with baking powder and salt) alternating with milk; stir in vanilla
  5. Divide evenly among pans
  6. Bake for 18 minutes, Let cool in pans and enjoy
