Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of softened butter
- 3/4 cup of sugar (less or more at your own discretion)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Cooking Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit; line muffin cups with paper
- Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (make sure butter is room temp)
- Beat in the eggs one at a time
- Add flour (mixed with baking powder and salt) alternating with milk; stir in vanilla
- Divide evenly among pans
- Bake for 18 minutes, Let cool in pans and enjoy
