- As we are in bulking season, my current routine involves mostly intense strength training and little to no cardio.
- Strength train 4-5 days a week
- Pick-up soccer few days each month
- My current workout split is as follows:
- Monday: Chest/Triceps
- Tuesday: Back/Biceps
- Wednesday: Legs
- Thursday: Shoulders/Arms
- Friday: Chest/Back
- Repeat

- In addition to lifting, I also meal prep.
- These meals mostly consist of high-protein, low fat options, such as chicken and rice.
