Current Routine

  • As we are in bulking season, my current routine involves mostly intense strength training and little to no cardio.
    • Strength train 4-5 days a week
    • Pick-up soccer few days each month
  • My current workout split is as follows:
    • Monday: Chest/Triceps
    • Tuesday: Back/Biceps
    • Wednesday: Legs
    • Thursday: Shoulders/Arms
    • Friday: Chest/Back
    • Repeat
  • List of all the various exercises I incorporate in my routine:
  • In addition to lifting, I also meal prep.
    • These meals mostly consist of high-protein, low fat options, such as chicken and rice.
