- Directions:
- First, start partially cooking your seasoned chicken in a large pan,
- After the meat has browned, set it aside.
- Then add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger in the same pan to create a flavor base.
- Cook thoroughly until the onions are translucent.
- Add your spices, tomatoes, yogurt, and chicken, and cook thoroughly.
- Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, then have your curry.
