Ingredients:
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Chili flakes (if you want to add a kick)
- Salt and pepper
- Cream cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Whole grain pasta or regular pasta
Instructions:
- Cook your pasta until al dente (which means cooked to be firm to the bite)
- Then sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant
- Add parmesan, cream cheese, pasta cooking water, and stir well
- Drain and add pasta to a skillet
- Then toss until well combined, add some pasta water if needed
- Serve with more parmesan cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, and black pepper
- Finished!
